The origin was Jin Lu Lu came as its founder suddenly missed the hot and spicy small skewers of freshly grilled snacks on the roadside and the small but precious happiness it brings, after a busy day at work during his younger years. This led to him deciding to open a grill restaurant to "inject human fireworks" into the city, bringing this kind of small happiness in life to men, women and children who are working hard for their future. It is also the reason this grill restaurant has a resounding, auspicious and festive name - Jin Lu Lu. There is also the cute mascot - Lu Xiaojin, who does not need to work for money but solely focuses on making skewers.
