Niu Jiu Zhang

At the end of the Tang Dynasty, there was a royal chef in the palace, who is a master in making Jiupin beef. His dishes were loved by Tang Xuanzong and Yang Guifei and hence the name - Niu Jiu Zhang. After the Anshi Rebellion, Chef Zhang was exiled and his craftsmanship has since been lost. Niu Jiu Zhang has spent years searching for his lost cooking methods and has found only 4 of them, with the remaining 5th dish yet to be found.
