1.     Starting from 1 January 2021, the following membership downgrade policy will be implemented. Please refer to the membership card processing rules for details;

2.     New rules for handling gold card membership cards in 2021: If the accumulative receipt amount exceeds 30,000 yuan on the day (excluding supermarkets and special sales), with accumulative consumption of 60,000 yuan within three months, you may be upgraded to a gold card membership; annual spend must exceed 30,000 yuan to maintain the level; The amount of spend is based on points entered into the membership system;

3.     Starting from 1 January 2021, the following tenants will not be participating in points earning or redemption: Harley, Queen Ness, Cars One, SF Express, Specialty Sales, Patio Supermarket, Fortune Watch, NIO, Ai Recycling, Bai Cao Tang, Dayi Tea, Yunpin Shangliu;

4.     Membership card validity period: From 2021, the membership card will be valid for one year from the effective date of membership card, which is consistent with the membership rights; the spend in the valid year of membership must meet the requirements to maintain the level, and it will continue to be valid for one year; if the consumption in the valid year of membership is below the requirement, you will be downgraded and membership rights will be adjusted accordingly; for membership cards processed before 1 January 2021, 1 January will be the effective date of membership.

5.     Members must be registered with their full names, and the membership is limited to their own use, cannot be transferred to others, and cannot be used by others to redeem points; if changes are required for personal particulars, please proceed to the customer service counter for updating. Members are responsible in ensuring the accuracy of information, and disputes in membership services arising from inconsistent information will not be entertained. MH Mall reserves the right to suspend your membership due to incomplete information on your membership;

6.     Receipts are valid within 7 days from the day of sales only. Membership card upgrade can only be processed within 30 days from the day of sales.

7.     Consumers who use stored-value cards for payment can participate in points earning, the purchase of the stored-value cards does not count towards points earning, and can be applied to membership card upgrades; for membership upgrades, valid receipts and payment vouchers must be presented;

8.     Pre-settlement bills are not valid for points earning, and the spend amounts of less than 1 point will not be awarded nor accumulated;

9.     To apply for a Black Diamond Card, members need to present their valid sales receipts and valid payment vouchers, and handle membership upgrades in person; membership upgrades are subject to the actual spend amount in a single receipt in a single store;

10.   For member-related information such as points reset, member rights update, points redemption, members’ events registration, etc., please stay tuned to updates on MH Mall’s WeChat account;

11.   Points redemption must be carried out during business hours. MH Mall reserves the right to verify sales receipts and determine their validity; points accumulated for the year will be zeroed on 31 December every year; if there is any adjustment, the rules announced by the Mall shall prevail;

12.   Black Diamond and Gold Card members enjoy an exclusive parking area, which can be processed at the customer service counter by presenting the driving license of the member (including but not limited to husband and wife/children) within the validity period of the membership. One license plate number may be registered to each card; The period of use of the exclusive parking area is the same as the validity period of the membership; when the membership expires, the relevant parking rights will also be revoked; cars must be parked in the marked parking space. If other members complain that the vehicle is not parked in the parking space and causing road congestion, our company reserves the right to stop the vehicle from using the member's parking space;

13.   By using the MH Mall membership card, you are deemed to acknowledge and abide by the relevant terms and rules of the MH Mall membership system.
