Mission Hills Centreville is an urban HOPSCA development that will continue this focus by providing local residents and enterprises with a world-class leisure and living experience.”
Mission Hills Centreville features a host of environmentally-friendly measures, and its architectural design allows for abundance of natural lighting to enter the building structure. It is commissioned by the world-renowned property design and architectural firm, Callison, and CCDI, creators of the Olympic showpiece "Water Cube."
The interior design team is led by the J&A Jiang Feng Indoor Design Co., Ltd, which designed the National Grand Theater and the Shenzhen Municipal Civic Center. Exterior and landscaping design will be done by EDSA, the prominent American design firm; one of its masterpieces in China is the CCTV Media Park.
Mission Hills Centreville is conveniently located on the Pearl River Delta. Within a one-hour drive of Shenzhen, it enjoys easy access to major expressways that drastically reduce travel time between Mission Hills and downtown Shenzhen, Dongguan and Hong Kong. With the ‘World’s Largest Golf Club’ at its core, Mission Hills has become the landmark of Shenzhen. The commercial potentialities of both Shenzhen and Dongguan will be immensely enhanced with the addition of Mission Hills Centreville.
