1. All customers may apply to become a member of MH Centreville Haikou for free;

2. MH Centreville Haikou offers electronic membership. You can register yourself through the official WeChat account of MH Centreville Haikou or by scanning the registration QR code. During the registration process, you can choose one-click authorization to complete the registration;

3. The membership card is tied to your identity and you may only apply for one membership account. After successful registration, members can complete functions such as mobile phone number verification and personal information modification by themselves;

4. There is no need to verify the mobile phone for member registration and bonus points, but the system requires that the mobile phone number be verified before redeeming points;

5. Mini-program functions: explanation of membership benefits, discounts, points query and redemption, member gift certificates, rewards, information notification, points redemption, parking discounts, birthday privileges, exclusive events, value-added services, etc.

7. MH Centreville Haikou membership is valid perpetually after successful registration, and a valid QR code must be presented to enjoy membership services.

8. If an employee is found to have committed malicious points accumulation, the points will be cleared and punishment will be meted out accordingly.

9. The membership card is limited to personal use and is non-transferrable. The electronic membership card system can be used to check on points. The number of points is based on the data in the MH Centreville Haikou membership management system.

10. Members should ensure that the information is accurate and valid. If there are changes to your personal information, please make edits in a timely manner, or go to the service desk for assistance, so as to ensure that your membership privileges are not disrupted.

11. Our company promises to strictly keep member information confidential, never use it for purposes other than member services, and to provide high-quality services for every registered member.

12. Our company will make use of push notifications from time to time on the latest information and system reminders. If you do not wish to receive them, please select the relevant options. Our company will not bear any corresponding responsibility for losses, including but not limited to "zeroization of points" and "expired gift redemption" etc.

13. Participation in activities or redemption of gifts with the points in the electronic membership card must be processed during the business hours announced by MH Centreville Haikou.

14. Please confirm on-site for all point redemption gifts, as they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after redemption.

15. Points are zeroized on March 31 every year (applicable to points earned as of December 31 in the previous year). The points will be cleared, but the consumption records will still be kept, thus not affecting card upgrades. Please pay attention to the system notification for details. This process is irreversible, and the remaining unused points in the card will be deemed to be automatically forfeited.

16. Mission Hills Haikou may make appropriate adjustments to these guidelines according to market conditions.

17. Registering as a member means that you agree to abide by the above rules.

18. The company has the right to promote and use pictures and videos of member activities.

19. Within the scope permitted by law, Mission Hills Haikou reserves all rights to interpret and explain these guidelines.
