Total investment of the project is about RMB 10 billion, with a total construction area of approximately 290,000 sqm, of which 170,000 sqm are dedicated to commercial purposes. The integrated development is also home to the SplashCity water park, the Mission Hills Overseas Chinese School Haikou, Renaissance Hotel Haikou, Ritz Carlton Haikou and various high-end residences. The satellite campus of Hainan University will also be set up adjacent to MH Centreville Haikou, catering to some 8,000 students.

MH Centreville has a diversified tenant portfolio, with entertainment business spanning 27%, F&B spanning 17%, and retail taking up 56%.

Location

MH Centreville Haikou is adjacent to the Mission HillsH. BrothersFeng Xiaogang Movie Town and the resort complex of Mission Hills Haikou. It is only a 15-minute drive from Meilan International Airport, East High-Speed Railway Station and the city center. Bus routes K2, K3, and Tourist Line No. 3 connects Centreville with the downtown area. Free shuttle buses also ply various parts of the Mission Hills Haikou resort as well as to and from the city. More than 3,000 free parking lots are also available.
